Ladies (guys, too), wanna have smoother skin? Nowadays, women just like to talk about fashion, diet, man, and tend to forget about how to take care their skin by eating the right food. We know our skin needs food ladies, so no more i’m-not-eating-diet theory. Healthier skin starts with these five foods (non fat, too!):
Pumpkin. Pumpkin is filled with vitamins C, E, and A, as well as powerful enzymes that help to cleanse the skin and also, wrinkle-fighting! You got to love it.
Olive Oil. Try this: At dinner, drizzle a few tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil into a small bowl, and dip whole-grain bread in it to improve your skin from the inside out. Olive oil also can be used as your lip gloss, it really helps.
Strawberries. By just looking at those sweet-chili-red strawberries, you can’t resist to grab a box of them for tonight dessert. Strawberries have more anti-aging vitamin C per serving than oranges or grapefruit. It also helps fight free radicals, which damage cells and break down collagen, leading to those dreaded fine (and not-so-fine) lines.
Green Tea. Most of the Japanese women has beautiful and smoother skin. Well, you know what i’m trying to say here. Green tea is filled with inflammation-fighting antioxidants. Drinking green tea may not only does a lot more than relax but also reduce your risk of skin cancer.
Pomegranates. Pomegranates are one of the most antioxidant-rich fruits. Research shows this fruit’s juice has more inflammation-fighting anti­oxi­dants than red wine or green tea. Try eating it with your favorite cheese, you may like it.
